This message is regarding your SurpassHosting reseller account on the pass63.dizinc.com server. Due to an error in our billing system, the server your account was provisioned on was overloaded. We have decided to move your account to a brand new server, pass73.dizinc.com, to ensure a stable reseller hosting environment on pass63. This move will be performed shortly and should not cause any major inconvenience for you.

Here is what you need to know about this move:
- The IP addresses your sites are on have changed. From now on, your accounts will be hosted on 72.29.71.155
- You will have to change nameservers for your domain. The nameservers for the new server are ns1173.dizinc.com (72.29.71.156) and ns1174.dizinc.com (72.29.71.157)
- To make this transition easier, we will modify the DNS records on the old server to point to the new one. All you’ll have to do is change nameservers with your registrar within the next 72 hours, so that the domain is fully pointed to the new server.

The account transfers will begin shortly. One of our level 3 technicians will update this ticket once the transfer is complete. Please respond to this ticket if you have any questions about this.
